STAREK terminals use modular connectors and support digital inputs, analog inputs, pulse counts, and current sensing — compatible with most manufacturing machines without PLC modifications. We do a pre-installation compatibility check at no cost before every pilot.

STAREK terminals have onboard buffering. If your factory internet is interrupted, the terminal continues capturing data locally and syncs automatically once connectivity is restored — so you never lose production data.

Our pilot process includes a manual cross-check phase: we compare STAREK counts against your existing shift registers. Our target is 95–98% accuracy, and calibration logs are shared with you. If numbers are off, we fix it during the pilot — not after you've paid for a scale-up.

Yes. STAREK supports webhook integration to push production events to your existing tools — ERP, Excel, WhatsApp, or custom workflows. A REST API and CSV export are also available on all paid plans.
